Pricing

Pricing Built Around Your Choices

Pick your time block. Choose your finish level. Swap services to fit your budget. Transparent flat-rate pricing for quick jobs, and custom quotes for bigger projects — always with four options to choose from.

How Pricing Works

Two Ways to Price, Always Your Choice

Every job — quick or complex — gets quoted with four finish levels. You decide what fits your budget and needs.

1

Flat-Rate Packages

For quick, predictable jobs like TV mounts, faucet swaps, ceiling fans, and door hardware. Pick a time block, choose your finish level, and swap services to build your own package.

  • Pick a time block (Quick Trip, Half Day, Full Day)
  • Choose your finish level (Fixed, Good, Better, Best)
  • Swap services to fit your time budget
  • Flat rate — you know the price upfront
2

Custom Project Quotes

For larger projects like full kitchen cabinet replacement, whole-home painting, or multiple window installations. We assess the scope and present four finish-level options at different price points.

  • Free on-site assessment and scope review
  • Receive four options: Fixed, Good, Better, Best
  • Each option details the labor process and finish
  • You pick the option that fits your budget

Swap any service. Within your time block, you can swap any service for another that fits the same duration. For example, a Half Day Good package ($275) could include a ceiling fan replacement, two TV mounts, and a faucet replacement — or you could swap the fan replacement for a toilet replacement. As long as the work fits your time block, the price stays the same.

Finish Levels

What Each Tier Means

The quality levels are about the labor process — not premium materials. The same mud, paint, and fixtures are used across all tiers. What changes is how many steps we take and how thorough the work is.

Custom Project Quotes

Some projects are too complex for a flat rate — but you still get four options to choose from.

When You Need a Custom Quote

Larger projects where scope, materials, and complexity vary too much for a flat rate. We assess the job on-site and present four finish-level options — just like the flat-rate menu, but tailored to your specific project. You see all four prices and pick what fits your budget.

How We Price

What Factors Into Your Quote

For custom quotes, these factors are considered during your free estimate.

Scope of Work

The extent and complexity of the project directly impacts pricing.

Difficulty & Risk

Higher-risk jobs requiring specialized skills or safety precautions are priced accordingly.

Finish Level

Choose from Fixed, Good, Better, or Best — more thorough labor processes at higher tiers.

Time to Complete

Estimated hours and days required to complete the job properly.

Number of Trips

Multi-trip projects (drying time, multiple stages) are factored into the total cost.

Regional Pricing

We benchmark against Metro Detroit averages to stay competitive.

Distance from Home Base

Travel outside our core service area may include a travel fee.

Emergency Service

Urgent or after-hours calls are priced at a premium rate.

Good to Know

  • Flat-rate prices apply when the selected work and finish level realistically fit within the time block
  • If a higher finish level requires more time, drying time, or multiple trips than the block allows, we'll quote it as a custom project instead
  • Materials are billed separately unless quoted as included
  • $130 minimum service call on all jobs
  • All estimates are free
  • Change orders for additional work discovered during the project are discussed and approved before proceeding
  • Unforeseen conditions (hidden damage, code issues) may require additional work — we'll always communicate before proceeding
  • Plumbing and electrical work may require a licensed trade professional — we'll let you know if that applies to your project

Booking Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit is collected at the time of booking through our online scheduler. Your deposit is applied directly to your final total — it's not an extra fee.
